How To Send Or Schedule Automated Reports

Learn how to set up automated reports for displays, folders, and entire dashboards directly to your inbox or to another member of your team.

  • STEP 1: Open the single display, folder, or dashboard you wish to send.

To send a collection of displays, like a folder or dashboard they will need to in Tile View. To open a Folder in Tile View simply drag from the left navigation on to your canvas.

  • STEP 2: From the modification toolbar, select "Email" from the "More Options" drop-down.

  • STEP 3: The Automated Report Scheduler will automatically open with a suggested subject line and email phrasing.

  • STEP 4: Enter the email address(es) where you want to send reports (separated by a comma), including yourself. You have the flexibility to customize the subject line and email body to provide any needed context.
  • STEP 5: Choose your attachment’s file type.

Reports are sent as attachments, ensuring that even individuals without Peer Suite access can receive and review the information.

  • STEP 6:  Set the delivery schedule:
    • Send Quarterly –– This will send a copy of the report immediately. Moving forward, the report will be automatically be delivered on a quarterly basis. when full NCUA 5300 Call Report data becomes available.
    • Send Now – Instantly sends a one-time report.


How To Manage My Existing Automated Reports

Looking to edit, pause, or stop an automated report all together? We've got you covered.


  1. Select "Manage Automated Reports" from the "Collaborate" drop down on the top navigation.


  1. Locate your report and choose between the options below:
    • Delete: Permanently stop the report from sending.
    • Pause: Temporarily stop your recurring automated report from sending. You can resume sending this report at any time.
    • Edit: Make changes to recipients or report content in your report, as needed.
