How To Send Or Schedule Automated Reports
Learn how to set up automated reports for displays, folders, and entire dashboards directly to your email inbox (or someone else's in your organization).
- STEP 1: Open the display or collection of displays you wish to send.
- STEP 2: From the modification toolbar, select "Email" from the "More Options" drop-down.
- STEP 3: The Automated Report Scheduler will automatically open with a suggested subject line and email phrasing.
- STEP 4: Enter the email address(es) where you want to send reports (separated by a comma), including yourself. You have the flexibility to customize the subject line and email body to provide any needed context.
- STEP 5: Choose your attachmentâs file type.

Reports are sent as attachments, ensuring that even individuals without Peer Suite access can receive and review the information.
- STEP 6: Set the delivery schedule:
- Send Quarterly: Updated reports will be sent out every quarter when full NCUA 5300 Call Report data becomes available.
- Send now: Use this option to instantly send a one-time report.
How To Manage My Existing Automated Reports
Looking to edit, pause, or stop an automated report all together? We've got you covered.
- Select "Manage Automated Reports" from the "Collaborate" drop down on the top navigation.
- Locate your report and choose between the options below:
- Delete: Stop an automated report by selecting this option.
- Pause: Temporarily stop your recurring automated report from sending. You can resume sending this report at any time.
- Edit: Make changes to recipients, subject line, or displays in your report, as needed.
