Key Displays in the Profiles Reports Folder:

  • Credit Union Profile:

Start with a high‑level snapshot of a selected credit union. This display highlights top‑line performance metrics and includes current department heads, vendor relationships, and primary contact details such as company email and phone number. At the bottom of the display, the branch map provides a visual view of the institution’s footprint and network.
  • Credit Union Profile Map:

The map within the Credit Union Profile shows branch and ATM locations for your selected primary, helping you quickly understand geographic reach and market presence.

  • 2-year Financial Comparison:

This report brings income statement and balance sheet data together in one place, alongside key ratios, to help you evaluate year‑over‑year performance and trends at a glance
  • Credit Union Scorecard:

Designed for deeper conversations, the Scorecard includes roughly 100 performance ratios covering lending, efficiency, member engagement, and income statement metrics. Data is shown for each institution and peer group in your comparison set, giving you valuable comparative context to support insights and recommendations.
  • Credit Union Contact List:

When you are ready to connect with decision‑makers, this display helps you identify key leaders such as CEOs, heads of lending, and heads of technology across all credit unions in your comparison set. It also includes a peer group breakdown, making it a strong resource for targeted outreach and follow‑up.
  • Technology Services Offered
This report pulls from the NCUA Credit Union Online Profile to highlight the digital services and technology capabilities a credit union currently offers. It helps you quickly understand how an institution supports its members today, benchmark that experience against peers, and spot gaps or opportunities where your solutions could add value or strengthen their service mix.
  • Technology Supplier Partners
This display shows the vendors and technology partners a credit union is actively working with. You can sort and analyze this information directly in Peer Suite to better understand existing relationships, assess competitive presence, and inform conversations around vendor evaluations, contract renewals, or future technology strategy.

Peer Pointer!

Use the Technology Services Offered and Technology Supplier Partners displays together to build a clearer picture of a credit union’s current technology landscape. Start by understanding which services the institution offers and which vendors support them, then cross‑reference this insight with leadership details in the Credit Union Profile or Credit Union Contact List to identify the right decision‑makers and tailor outreach that is timely, relevant, and informed.

The built‑in content at the Supplier Profiles level provides a strong foundation for understanding credit union performance, services, and vendor relationships. From here, you can take the next step by creating custom lists and building prospect lists using peer groups, allowing you to organize institutions around shared characteristics and focus your analysis and outreach more strategically.
