CU Profiles Access Support

CU Profiles gives credit union leadership teams free access to peer‑based performance insights as part of Callahan & Associates’ commitment to democratizing industry data. With CU Profiles, data is easier to understand, easier to share, and easier to act on.

Register For A Free CU Profiles account

  1. Visit https://register.callahan.com
  2. Complete the registration form using your credit union email address
  3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Callahan
  4. Click the confirmation link to activate your account

Once confirmed, you will have free access to CU Profiles within Peer Suite.

Email Domain Access

To access CU Profiles, you must register using an approved email domain from your credit union. This ensures your account is correctly linked to your institution.

If your credit union’s email domain needs to be updated, contact support@callahan.com.


Resetting Your Password

If you are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password from the Callahan Portal login page.
  1. Visit the Callahan Portal login page
  2. Click 'Forgot Your Password?'

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  2. Check your inbox for a password reset email. Delivery may take up to 30 minutes

If you do not receive your email, check your spam or junk folders.
