CU Online Profile Overview & Updates

Overview

The CU Online Profile (4501A) is a dataset maintained by the NCUA, providing key operational and governance-related details about credit unions. It includes data on membership demographics, board structure, technological infrastructure, and compliance requirements. While much of this information is publicly available, certain fields—such as the Merger Partner Registry and Business Continuity Information pages—are restricted by the NCUA.

This guide outlines the latest updates to the CU Online Profile and explains how to identify which data points are publicly accessible.
