How do I get help?

- The Peer Suite Help Beacon
- Integrated knowledge base search: If you prefer seamless access within the Peer Suite interface, simply look for the yellow help beacon at the bottom right corner. It provides instant access to our knowledge base and allows you to view documents without leaving your workspace.

How do I access Peer Suite?
You can access Peer Suite 2 different way. Start by going to the Callahan Portal .
- Click Peer Software on your ‘Quick Links’ -> Peer Suite (new)
- OR on the left navigation bar click on Software Tools -> Peer Software -> Peer Suite (NEW)
How do I change my primary?
To change your primary institution for analysis, simply click and drag an item from your comparison set onto the current primary, shown in dark blue. Learn more about your Primary and Comparison set here: The "Who" of Your Analysis
I want to change to a chart type I don’t see – what do I do?
If you want to change a chart type, the dropdown on the chart toolbar will let you select other chart types in the same “family” – such as from a line to a bar.
To select a type from another family, such as from a line to pie, click the ‘More Options’ icon (three dots …) and choose Edit (on a chart in your Peer Suite Displays) or Copy/Save As (on a Callahan Template chart). The screen that loads will let you select from additional types.

Why does Peer Suite contain 437 credit unions rather than the nationally reported number of 531?
The official list of US credit union CDFI's is 531 as of 1Q 23. This total includes 88 credit union in Puerto Rico who are not insured by the NCUA and therefor do not submit 5300 Call Reports (the primary source of Peer Suite data). This makes the total number of credit unions with data in Peer Suite 437, current as off 1Q23.
How does Callahan handle refiled data?
Callahan processes refile data monthly for the previous quarter of fully released data.
If a call report is refiled for a quarter outside of this time frame please send it to our team, at analystsupport@callahan.com, in XML format so we can update our database.
