What is Callahan & Associates Peer Suite Express?

Peer Suite Express is our advanced benchmarking tool, offering enhanced features, a better user experience, and more powerful insights compared to CUAnalyzer.

Why are we transitioning from CUAnalyzer to Peer Suite Express?

The transition is part of our commitment to continuous improvement. Peer Suite Express provides advanced analytics, an improved user interface, and robust data integration to help you make more informed decisions.


Transition Timeline and Process


When will the transition take place?

The transition will be completed by August 3, 2024. We will keep you updated on any timeline changes. We encourage users to get acclimated to Peer Suite Express prior to the transition.

What do I need to do to prepare for the transition?

No significant preparation is required on your part. Our team will handle the migration of your custom peer groups and automail. We recommend attending our training sessions to get familiar with the new interface and features.

Will there be any downtime during the transition?

We aim for a smooth transition with minimal downtime. Any scheduled downtime will be communicated well in advance to minimize disruption.


Accessing Peer Suite Express


How do I access Peer Suite Express?

You can access Peer Suite 2 different ways. Start by going to the Callahan Portal.

  • Click Peer Software on your ‘Quick Links’ -> Peer Suite (new)
  • OR on the left navigation bar click on Software Tools -> Peer Software -> Peer Suite (NEW).



What if I’m having issues accessing the portal?

  • Whitelist support@callahan.com.
  • Exclude support@callahan.com / http://*callahan.com from the link protect policy on your spam filter.

Data and Account Information


Will all my data from CUAnalyzer be available in Peer Suite Express?

Yes, all your existing peer groups and automail will be transferred. You will have access to your custom peer groups, and new peer groups can be added seamlessly.

How secure is my data during and after the transition?

Data security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data throughout the transition and within Peer Suite Express.

Where are my custom packets?

Peer Suite Express offers several built-in dashboards. For more information on built-in displays or customization options, please contact your dedicated Account Manager.

Where are my custom peer groups?

All custom peer groups will automatically be transferred. Please reference our Knowledge Base on How to Create a Custom Peer Group.

What about my automail?

Your automail will be automatically transferred. Please review our Knowledge Base on how to set up and access automail: Schedule and Manage Automated Reports

What new features can I expect in Peer Suite Express?

The Peer Suite Help Beacon

Integrated knowledge base search: If you prefer seamless access within the Peer Suite interface, simply look for the yellow help beacon at the bottom right corner. It provides instant access to our knowledge base and allows you to view documents without leaving your workspace.


Chat or Email Support: If you encounter a specific question that isn't covered in our learning library, our analyst team is just a click away within Peer’s Help Beacon. Use the chat or email feature to connect with a knowledgeable expert who can provide assistance.
