Designed for league-affiliated credit unions with access to Peer Suite, this interactive map provides a simple, geographic view of your market without requiring setup or advanced configuration.
Where to find the map

Map Navigation
Use the built-in map controls to move around and adjust what you see on the map.
You can:
- Zoom in and out to explore specific areas within your league footprint
- View your credit union’s branch locations within the league market.
- Swap your credit union for another institution in the league to see their locations
- Turn credit unions, banks, and standalone ATMs on or off using the filter checkboxes
- Hover over a branch pin to view key details about that location

Reading The Map

- Market Boundaries: Yellow outlined areas represent your league’s footprint. County boundaries within the league market are also outlined in yellow.
- Branch Pins: The map uses color-coded pins to represent different branch types
- Navy pins: Your credit union's branches
- Light grey pins: Other credit union branches
- Red pins: Bank branches
Peer Pointer!
Use the filter checkboxes in the top right of the map to toggle these pin types on or off.
- Triangle CU ATM Pins: Represent freestanding credit union ATMs, while in-branch ATMs will appear in the Branch Snapshot. ATM data is specific to credit unions.
- Branch Snapshot: Hover over a branch pin to see key data points about that branch.
How to read the population heat map
The population heat map provides visual context for where people live across your league footprint.
- Darker or more intense areas represent higher population concentration
- Lighter areas represent lower population concentration
Use the i icon in the top left of your map to view the gradient breakdown for population for your league on the map.

- Understand how your credit union’s footprint aligns with population centers
- See where multiple credit unions overlap in higher population areas
- Identify population centers with limited visible credit union presence
- Support league level discussions around market coverage, collaboration, and opportunity
Market Summary Table
The League Overview Map is paired with a Market Overview Table that summarizes key details for institutions within your league footprint.
Use the map to explore your market visually, then reference the table to compare branch counts, coverage, and other high-level market indicators side by side.
