Troubleshooting Steps
If you experience session timeouts, error messages, or blank portal screens, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser or an incognito window.
Whitelisting/Password Looping
If you're experiencing password looping on do not receive the password reset link, please reach out to your IT Department to:
- Whitelist support@callahan.com
- Exclude support@callahan.com / http://*callahan.com from the link protect policy on their spam filter.

Password Resets
If you are sent a password reset email, please note that the link in this email will only be valid for 24 hours. Your email, will serve as your username upon logging in.
If you need to reset your password in the future you can also follow the password reset link highlighted below on the Callahan Portal login page. Please reach out to support@callahan.com if you have any issues.
Register a New User - Admins
Admins are able to manage users (add/edit/delete) directly from the Callahan Portal. From the portal homepage navigate to Account and My Company, on the left panel. Then follow the Manage Users link.
Once on this page, the Register a New User link will take you to a form. When you have completed and submitted the form you'll need to send the established credentials to your new user.
The "Manage Users" page is also where you can reset passwords, designate users as admins, deactivate users, and edit their information.
If you’re looking for a more hands-off approach, you can have new users self-register by sharing this link: https://register.callahan.com/ and having them complete the form.
Refiles/Upload 5300
You can attach the XML file for the Call Report to this email 5300@callahan.com and we can upload it on your behalf.
Alternatively, you can upload the XML file through Peer Classic by navigating to "Upload Data" > "XML 5300 Upload" > "Choose File" > "Upload 5300 XML".
