Navigating Peer Suite's Content

Navigate through Peer Suite's wealth of resources using our intuitive left navigation panel. Within this panel, you'll discover three primary categories: Performance Benchmarking, Community Data, and Market Share Reporting.

Performance Benchmarking:

Within the Performance Benchmarking category, you'll discover two key sections:

  • My Projects: This area serves as the hub for all your custom displays, favorited folders, projects shared with you, and dashboards that you've personally designed. Learn more about what customization is possible with these resources.
  • Built-In Library: This library contains hundreds of dashboards, displays, and formatted reports that you can use in your analysis. Displays can be used as-is, or as templates that you can copy and update to suit your specific needs. Learn more about this here: Creating a Copy for Customization.

Community Data:

This section serves as the repository for data sets shared by our community of users. One of the standout datasets within this section is the Non-Interest Income Study. This valuable dataset is accessible to subscribers at the Plus level of Peer Suite. Learn how you can contribute and benefit from this data here: From Access to Action: Making the Most of Callahan's NII (Non-Interest Income) Data Set.

Market Share Reporting:

Market Share Reporting is your gateway to a treasure trove of resources, including the Interactive Market Overview Map, census data, mortgage statistics, branch information, deposit insights, and our HMDA leader tables. Access to this information-rich section is available to Plus level subscribers. If you're eager to explore further, we invite you to check out these resources: Peer Learning Library: Market Analysis.

Built-In Library

CU Performance Reports:

When you expand the Built-in Library the first category you’ll see is “CU Performance Reports.”

This folder contains pre-formatted reports that allow for at-a-glance analysis into the overall health of your credit union without requiring in-depth knowledge of the 5300 Call Report. If you are looking for a copy of the complete call report? That’s located in this section, too.

Dashboards:

Dashboards are powerful collections of displays that tell a story around a designated topic. They allow you to view multiple displays at once, making data analysis easily accessible or for presentations, seamless. Each of the displays within pre-built dashboards contains a ratio definition, performance analysis, and star ranking.

Displays

The "Displays" section contains categorized folders containing over 300 displays, allowing you to focus on specific metrics related to assets, liquidity, productivity, and more. You can also find folders covering current topics such as key ratios, merger analysis, and bank comparisons.

Search For Content:

To start your exploration, use the content search feature at the top of the left nav. Enter your search term and any relevant results will be highlighted. Any dashboards containing the search term will populate in the results as well. Feel free to clear out a search at any time by clicking the "X" on the right side of the content search.

Why Can't I View This Feature?

You might not be able to view certain features and displays due to your current access level.

When you spot an eye with a strike-through, it means you've got access to this feature, but you need to change  your access levels to view it.

If you come across an orange lock symbol next to a feature, it's a sign that it's not part of your current subscription. Feel free to reach out to your account manager for more information and upgrade options, or email support@callahan.com.
