How To Download Displays

In the top right corner of your canvas, you'll find the default download option highlighted in blue. Click the drop-down to explore the other export options available for your chosen selection.

For most single displays, Excel is the default download option, while Dashboards default to PowerPoint.

You have the flexibility to download displays individually or opt for bulk downloads, including entire folders and dashboards in one go.

Important Notes on Display Downloads:

  • Tables: Tables can be exported exclusively to Excel and our Data Connector.
  • Charts: Charts can be exported to the following formats:
      • Print
      • Excel
      • Data Connector (This option is currently only available to Credit Union users)
      • PowerPoint
      • PowerPoint Image
        • This includes specialized formatting, such as stacked data labels, compared to a standard PPT export.
      • JPEG
      • PDF (Available only for single displays)

Dashboard Download Highlights:

The option to include ratio definitions and performance analysis is available exclusively through the PowerPoint export option on Built-in Dashboards. However, it's important to be aware that if there is a table within a Dashboard and you choose PowerPoint (PPT), the table will be excluded in the export.
